This set is fantastic. It comes with everything you need to get a full workout in. It's lightweight, and well constructed. What's great is that the large bar breaks down into 3 pieces which makes it super convenient to take along with you and get a strength workout in where ever you are. The main bar has good padding. It has lots of gym grade attachments. These attachment can easily be used with other equipment, or taken to a larger gym so that you wont have to use the public attachments, or wait until someone is done using the ones you need. It has a storage bag that fits everything nicely. One of the items that comes with this is a door hanger that lets others know that you are using the equipment and have to door anchor engaged. This is very helpful as you don't want someone to open the door whilst in use. For a beginner the instructions are quite sub par, so looking up how to do some exercises will be needed. For those who frequently workout, you'll have no real issues.

Muy buena calidad me encantó el producto aunque ubo una equivocación en las bandas me mandaron tres de 25 lbs una de 35 lbs y dos de 45 lbs si no fuera por eso le daría 5 estrellas

I had a band kit for years this set is extra nice. Handles are super padded and sized for adult. No rubbing. Door blocks are large. Bar allows tons of extra versatility. Also has ankle straps and straps made for feet. For the price this kit is unreal, tossed away all other handles and accessories from other kits. Never had a pump like this since I can do so many different exercises with accessories.

If you are looking for something to try to get into better shape, but are also limited on space this is the product for you. After unboxing it was a bit confusing as there are not clean instructions on how to set it up, and you have to play around with it a bit to full understand (thus the 4 star review). Once you have that done you are ready to go, and while the sample workouts which are included are nice, you can also find loads more on youtube. Now on to the equipment. The bar is very nice and stable after you put it together, and while the padding is nice, if you are doing squats you might want to have a towel between your neck and the bar. The handles are well made, along with the feet holders. The bands also seem to be well made, and so far no issues with them. The clips and the rings are solid, and the good thing is if by chance one of the clips were to break you can find them on Amazon, Walmart, and large sporting good stores. After using this do I feel that I am getting the same or close to the same workout if I went to the gym? Well the answer is yes I do. This is not for those that want to get ripped, but for those that want to be in better shape and trying to get toned up. I would (and have) recommend these Resistance Bands based on the quality and pricing.

The product is not really intended for the people depicted in the picture. Although it does provide a great resistance workout, the quality of the bar itself cannot handle the full resistance of the hardest band. Good for intermediate folks.
