These are exactly as described. If you’re doing yoga, you may prefer solid blocks—I’m not sure, because I don’t actually do yoga. But I’ve found these really useful for other things.
I like using them to keep my hands in a neutral position for pushups, and they work great for elevating my leg during pre-workout stretches. They’re lightweight but feel sturdy, and the height is just right for what I need.
The included knee pads are a nice bonus—especially appreciated by my “old-lady knees.”
Overall, I have zero complaints and would definitely recommend these, as long as you’re okay with the hand-grip style instead of traditional solid blocks.
