I purchased this stretching strap to help with various stretches I was trying to deepen as well as to do resistance style stretching for my frozen shoulder. It’s a great value for the money, as I use it at least once a day. It’s the perfect length for me( 5’4 180lbs) and the fabric is very comfortable and soft. I use it to pulse above my head, behind my head, and around the world shoulder/arm stretches. It’s been a great help in gaining strength and flexibility in my frozen shoulder. I take Lyra and pole fitness and shoulder mobility is sooo important. Seller was great, super fast shipping, and easy to use! Highly recommend

Overall, the yoga strap looks well-made and sturdy. However, the first one or two loops feel a bit too light, making it hard to get an effective workout. Still decent for beginners.
